Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Cancellation is not allowed after order processing/shipping
- For prepaid orders, eligible cancellations will be refunded
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Incorrect product delivered
- Order cancelled within allowed time
3. Mandatory Proof Requirement
- Customers must provide photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery
- Without proof, refund requests may be rejected
4. Refund Timeline (Important for Razorpay)
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing time may vary (additional 2–5 days)
5. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color/finish variations
- Incorrect address provided
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners
6. Failed Transactions
- If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed:
- Amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days
