Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Cancellation is not allowed after order processing/shipping
  • For prepaid orders, eligible cancellations will be refunded

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Order cancelled within allowed time

3. Mandatory Proof Requirement

  • Customers must provide photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery
  • Without proof, refund requests may be rejected

4. Refund Timeline (Important for Razorpay)

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing time may vary (additional 2–5 days)

5. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color/finish variations
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

6. Failed Transactions

  • If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed:
    • Amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days
    • If not received, contact support
